These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Deleware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

At Changebot.ai, we strive to deliver a valuable and reliable service. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued.
2. Subscription Payments
Your Changebot.ai subscription is billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) according to the plan selected. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing terms stated at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
Used Services: Once you have generated any AI-driven updates or utilized the platform’s AI features during a billing cycle, we consider the associated usage costs incurred. Due to the computational expense of providing those AI-generated updates, no refunds will be issued for the portion of the subscription that covers already-used services.
Unused Services: If you have not generated any updates or otherwise consumed AI-related platform resources during the current billing cycle, and you decide to cancel your account, you may request a full refund for the unused portion of your subscription. We will happily refund you in such cases, as long as the request is made within the same billing period in which you have not utilized the service.
