Used Services: Once you have generated any AI-driven updates or utilized the platform’s AI features during a billing cycle, we consider the associated usage costs incurred. Due to the computational expense of providing those AI-generated updates, no refunds will be issued for the portion of the subscription that covers already-used services.
Unused Services: If you have not generated any updates or otherwise consumed AI-related platform resources during the current billing cycle, and you decide to cancel your account, you may request a full refund for the unused portion of your subscription. We will happily refund you in such cases, as long as the request is made within the same billing period in which you have not utilized the service.
